Clear Unwanted Items From Add & Remove

Run the Registry Editor (REGEDIT).
(Start > Run > and type REGEDIT)

Open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Uninstall,
and remove any unwanted subkeys under "Uninstall."
